Deliverables: Logo Concept and Design, Logo Family, Patterns, Brand Style Guide

Moved by the client’s brief where it is stated that Family Carers are underrepresented in the workforce, I explored imagery that would illustrate this point clearly. 

I therefore worked to portray being unstuck and moving forward through the use of arrows.

This core value was created by using the following elements:

- direction
- celebrating difference
- professional
- encased in a circle (sanctuary/safe welcoming space)
piecing together
- triangles represent balance and also the relationship between employers, charities and the recruitment organisation
- subtle handshake
- circular focal point

Integrity and fun are in the forefront of this design. This is achieved through solid lines married with triangles to create arrows. The lines break free of the design on occasion to provide a playful element but also one of breaking free of constraints.

Colour Decisions - Corporate blues balanced with warm yellows. 

Typography Decisions - Rounded geometric fonts to echo the shapes within the logomark

The client talked about working seamlessly between employers and family carers. With
it’s blend of steadiness and fun these logomarks will ensure that the organisation is viewed as a professional business while not appearing unapproachable.
