What is a concept driven logo and why should I care?

The What

Working alongside the client I develop logo and identities built on strong concepts that relate to the business and also the target audience.

The How

Every project starts with a 1:1 call with the client. We dig deeper than favourite colours and spirit animals during this chat. The focus is on business goals, vision, what drives the business, values and of course the target audience.

The Why?

This method ensures that we go beyond just aesthetically pleasing solutions, but also ensure that we are targeting the correct audience with the right messaging.

The Unsure

If the client is unsure of any of the above, then we can have a further brainstorm session to see if we can lift the fog and get a clearer picture of what is needed, and the reasons why and to which audience the brand is looking to reach.

If it is established that now is not the right time for a re-brand, then I fully support that decision and encourage further methods of research that may help focus the business because without a clear message your new logo and identity won’t have the desired effect long term.

(more on how to do this coming in a new blog post)
